The Living Room at Riverside Cottage is full of character and charm with it's open fireplace, antique furniture and original oil paintings by my grandfather.
The Living Room in the evening is the perfect place for relaxing and enjoying a cosy night in with a bottle of wine. For your entertainment there is a 32" LCD TV with Sky HD, Bluray player, games console and books/board games.
The Dining Room at Riverside Cottage has an original bread oven feature and a beamed ceiling. The beautiful wooden dining table comfortably seats four people and there is a door lwading out to the courtyard/patio area.
We have taken a lot of care in equipping the Cottage with everything you'll need for a self catering break. The crockery includes a Denby set and a whole cabinet of various crystal cut wine glasses.
Riverside Cottage has a modern Kitchen with all the appliances you'll ever need for your holiday. There is loads of cupboard space along with an Oven/Hob, Fridge/Freezer, family sizd Dishwasher and a top of the range Washer/Dryer. The Kitchen is extremely well equipped for cooking and also has a door leading to the downstairs cloakroom.
Riverside Cottage is adjacent to the River Coquet, you can see the Cottage at the right hand of the photo above. It's a beautiful location at any time of year.
Springtime in the Village is just wonderful.
The Master Bedroom is a double and is packed with character with window seats, wooden shutters, and chandelier lighting.
The Master Bedroom overlooks the ancient bridge over the River Coquet with views towards the Running Fox Bakery.
The second bedroom at Riverside Cottage is a Twin bedroom with 15" LCD TV and a character, cast iron fireplace.
The Family Bathroom upstairs is modern and offers a bath with shower over, hand basin and toilet.
